Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Industry Health Solutions. As an Occupational Medicine Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in providing top-notch medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with front office operations, including greeting patients, in-processing, data entry, and patient care coordination
* Conduct safety surveillance procedures, such as pulmonary function testing, hearing testing, and eye exams
* Assist with medical testing, injections, blood draws, and medical screening
* Participate in case management meetings

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent
* Completion of a recognized MA program at an accredited college or university
* Certification as a Medical Assistant within 90 days of hire
* Functional working knowledge of medical terminology in English and Spanish
* Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills
