Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst will provide independent support and perform complex technical duties related to the company's imaging and imaging products. This role will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, update equipment, and provide technical account management for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and remote control software
  • Update equipment, software, and firmware remotely and on-site
  • Provide technical account management and escalate issues as needed
  • Document and log all calls in the CRM system
  • Manage product development issues to resolution
  • Check warranty status, order replacement parts, and dispatch technicians
  • Collect data and provide reports to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-year college degree in a related field
  • Understanding and use of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in a related dental or medical x-ray equipment manufacturer field
