We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at ShopRite of Hatfield. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing shoplifting and other forms of theft within our store.

Job Summary:

The Loss Prevention Specialist will work closely with our Asset Protection team to identify potential loss and shrink, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential loss and shrink
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent shoplifting and other forms of theft
  • Collaborate with the Asset Protection team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Represent the company in criminal actions as a result of apprehensions made

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in loss prevention or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
