Senior Vice President - Asset-Based Financing

Position Overview: The Senior Vice President will primarily oversee the structuring and underwriting of asset-based financing transactions, collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and product teams. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating borrower risk and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring and Underwriting: Lead the evaluation of customer data to determine optimal financing structures.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial due diligence and prepare detailed financial models.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the internal approval process, including drafting approval memoranda and presenting to management.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside senior staff to negotiate terms and coordinate with syndication teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Mentorship: Support and guide junior analysts in the credit risk management process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in asset-based lending.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation: The typical base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $200K, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and paid leave.
