Job Summary

The Director of Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring the highest quality of candidates are sourced and hired to drive business success. This key position will oversee the development and implementation of full-cycle recruitment processes, maintaining a strong focus on compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
    • Manage the development and advertisement of job ads across various platforms.
    • Source and engage top talent through partnerships with educational institutions and employment agencies.
  • Interviews and Assessments
    • Establish and implement robust interview processes for senior roles.
    • Assist in finalizing hiring decisions based on thorough assessments.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in recruitment efforts.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize recruitment programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in employment laws and best practices in recruiting.
  • Proficiency in relevant applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
