About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to close, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships to drive sales growth
  • Source and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources and conducting in-person interviews to evaluate their suitability for client roles
  • Build close partnerships with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to attract top talent
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets
  • Contribute to the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals to clients, negotiating commercial terms and rates
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales growth
  • Experience with client prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach via calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Strong relationships with a client or candidate base, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • High energy, determination, and resilience, with a result-oriented mindset and a strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
