Diagnostic Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and equipment maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, leveraging your expertise in medical devices and electromechanical equipment.
  • Document and complete service administration activities in accordance with ISO, FDA, and Leica policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, understanding and meeting their unique needs and expectations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel up to 90%, with frequent overnight travel, and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Engineering from a Technical College or Bachelor's in Engineering.
  • Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing medical devices, electromechanical equipment, or scientific instruments.
