Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Manager to join our team at Haemonetics. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a diverse and dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Clinical Specialist and Regional Clinical Specialist teams in a given region, working closely with the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to execute regional and territory strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to facilitate effective case coverage to support customer clinical needs throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Clinical Specialist and Regional Clinical Specialist teams in a given region
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to execute regional and territory strategic objectives
  • Facilitate the onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical competency of the region's clinical team
  • Contribute to achieving projected sales goals, new customer onboarding, and company objectives
