Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Intervention Professional to join our team at Children's Therapy Place. As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in various settings.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 behavior intervention to clients with developmental disabilities.
  • Record daily data and maintain detailed notes during therapy sessions.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and families on a set caseload.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to support service plans and meet clients' needs.
  • Support behavioral needs, including addressing and following plans for maladaptive behaviors.
  • Transport clients during therapy sessions to necessary settings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field or equivalent.
  • 1040 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Hold a current certificate in Habilitative Intervention or be willing to complete a 40-hour RBT training.
  • Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.

Job Type: Part-time, after school hours - 20-25 hours per week. Salary: Starting $22 - DOE. Qualified candidates must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation. Children's Therapy Place is an Equal Opportunity employer.
