About the Restaurant Operations Manager Role:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Marugame Udon, your primary duties will include:

Core Functions:

Supervise and oversee all facets of restaurant operations, making essential decisions to improve guest service and operational efficiency. Effectively coordinate shifts, uphold quality standards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage costs, and promote the brand while fostering a positive work atmosphere. Furthermore, the Restaurant Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and developing future supervisors and managers.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Keep the General Manager and Director of Operations updated on all relevant matters and take corrective actions as needed
  • Execute job responsibilities effectively in alignment with company policies
  • Maintain a constructive working relationship with all employees to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Availability for a minimum of 5 shifts per week, including weekends and evenings
  • Flexibility in scheduling
