The Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) division is at the forefront of Electronic Warfare technology, providing mentorship and support to team members. We seek individuals with visionary ideas and a passion for innovation, eager to expedite the deployment of critical capabilities and ensure the safety of our warfighters.
Upon completion of training, the selected candidate will autonomously manage antenna and RCS testing ranges. Responsibilities include conducting measurements with various software data analysis tools, multimeters, network analyzers, and other electronic and RF equipment, all with minimal oversight. The role entails some troubleshooting and minor adjustments to test configurations, along with limited fabrication and mechanical assembly tasks. Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office) is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with senior engineering and management personnel regarding any operational challenges encountered.
Physical requirements include working in elevated areas and assisting with the loading and unloading of test equipment, which may involve lifting loads up to 50 pounds. Routine handling of chemicals and materials is also a standard aspect of this role.
Education, Experience, & Skills Required
- Familiarity with commercial testing instruments such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and multimeters.
- A hands-on approach with good dexterity and balance.
- Possession of an active Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operating RF equipment.
Compensation Information
The salary range for this full-time position is $87,340. This range is reflective of market pay structures, with individual salaries influenced by various factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
