Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated territory effectively, aligning with Viatris' sales strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations tailored to target customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulations.
  • Apply targeting principles effectively in sales strategies.
  • Prepare pre-call strategies for key clients.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and company leadership.
  • Ensure high productivity levels in field activities.
  • Gather insights from healthcare professionals to devise tailored strategies for prescribers.
  • Utilize promotional materials to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.
  • Differentiate our offerings from competitors and address customer concerns with confidentiality.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development in sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful performance.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Capacity to learn and communicate complex product information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory or a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Professional level designation will be determined based on relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
