Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated territory effectively.

  • Utilize samples, literature, and other resources to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.
  • Differentiate our offerings from competitors and address customer concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and professional growth in sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred candidates will possess a minimum of one year of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Proven track record of successful performance.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated skills in influence and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Exhibited leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Capacity to learn and articulate product and disease state information over time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Must reside within the designated area or be within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Professional or Senior Professional designation will be determined based on relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
