Role Impact:
The Senior Sales Representative for Respiratory will play a crucial role in making a difference through the following key responsibilities:
- Manage the designated territory effectively, ensuring alignment with Viatris sales strategies and objectives.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations tailored to target customers.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining ethical sales practices and compliance with regulations.
- Apply targeting principles to maximize outreach.
- Develop strategic pre-call plans for key accounts.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and company leadership.
- Ensure high levels of productivity in calls and field activities.
- Gather insights from healthcare professionals to create and implement targeted strategies.
- Utilize promotional materials and samples to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Differentiate our offerings from competitors and address customer inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development in sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- A proven track record of successful performance in sales.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
