Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive human resources administrative support to the designated facility.
  • Manage payroll administration, coordinate FMLA/STD documentation, deliver SAP Time & Attendance training, maintain HR Master data and personnel files, and generate relevant reports.
  • Assist employees with fundamental HR inquiries.
  • Offer administrative support, which may involve handling calls, mail, faxes, copying, filing, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and processing invoices.
  • Possibly oversee facility-specific initiatives such as reward and recognition programs and social events.
  • Design and uphold top-tier manufacturing training programs.
  • Oversee training documentation and records for all hourly certifications and ongoing training obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to facilitate training activities, while not directing trainees' assignments.
  • Conduct Train The Trainer programs and evaluate the performance of trainers.
  • Regularly meet with the Operations Manager to address training needs aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: BA/BS degree.
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, including payroll, benefits, safety, and/or Human Resources.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
