Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive human resources administrative support to the designated facility.
  • Administer payroll, manage FMLA/STD documentation, deliver SAP Time & Attendance training, maintain HR Master data and personnel files, and generate reports.
  • Assist employees with fundamental HR inquiries.
  • Offer administrative support, which may encompass routing communications, managing mail and faxes, copying and filing, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and processing invoices.
  • Coordinate facility-specific initiatives such as reward and recognition programs and team-building events.
  • Design and uphold exemplary manufacturing training programs.
  • Oversee training documentation and records for all hourly certifications and periodic training obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to synchronize training activities, while not directing their assignments.
  • Facilitate Train The Trainer programs and evaluate the performance of trainers.
  • Engage regularly with the Operations Manager to align training requirements with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, including payroll, benefits, safety, and/or Human Resources.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.
