Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive human resources administrative support to the designated facility.
- Administer payroll, manage FMLA/STD documentation, deliver SAP Time & Attendance training, maintain HR Master data and personnel files, and generate reports.
- Assist employees with fundamental HR inquiries.
- Offer administrative support, which may encompass routing communications, managing mail and faxes, copying and filing, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and processing invoices.
- Coordinate facility-specific initiatives such as reward and recognition programs and team-building events.
- Design and uphold exemplary manufacturing training programs.
- Oversee training documentation and records for all hourly certifications and periodic training obligations.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to synchronize training activities, while not directing their assignments.
- Facilitate Train The Trainer programs and evaluate the performance of trainers.
- Engage regularly with the Operations Manager to align training requirements with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, including payroll, benefits, safety, and/or Human Resources.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.
