Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive human resources administrative support to the designated facility.
- Manage payroll processes, coordinate FMLA/STD documentation, provide training on SAP Time & Attendance, maintain HR Master data and personnel files, and generate necessary reports.
- Assist employees with fundamental HR inquiries.
- Offer administrative support within the facility, which may involve handling calls, mail, faxes, copying, filing, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and processing invoices.
- Potentially oversee facility-specific initiatives such as reward and recognition programs and team-building events.
- Design and sustain top-tier training programs tailored for manufacturing environments.
- Administer training documentation and records for all hourly certifications and ongoing training obligations.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors to facilitate training activities, while not directing their assignments.
- Conduct Train The Trainer sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of trainers.
- Regularly meet with the Operations Manager to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: BA/BS degree.
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, including payroll, benefits, safety, and/or Human Resources.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.
