Job Title: PLM Systems Integration Specialist

Location: Remote

Essential Technical/Functional Skills:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and PTC Windchill PLM or similar software administration.

Technical Expertise:
Advanced skills in software packaging, deployment, and scripting (e.g., AutoIT, PowerShell), along with system integration capabilities.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving intricate technical challenges.

Leadership:
Demonstrated experience in guiding high-performing teams and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Documentation Skills:
Exceptional technical writing skills for creating comprehensive documentation and reports.

IT Service Management:
Understanding of IT service management frameworks.

Agile/DevOps Methodologies:
Experience with SAFe, Agile, Kanban, or DevSecOps practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The PLM Systems Integration Specialist will:
  • Oversee the deployment, administration, and maintenance of integrated engineering systems involving SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and PTC Windchill PLM.
This position requires providing technical guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing process enhancements to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.

The specialist will compile and maintain thorough documentation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and business goals.


Integration Management:
Lead the deployment, administration, and maintenance of SolidWorks, Creo, and NX integrated with PTC Windchill PLM, ensuring smooth integration and peak performance.

Development and Execution:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions to improve the functionality and integration of SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and Windchill PLM systems.

Technical Guidance:
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, assisting them with complex integration and deployment tasks.

Troubleshooting and Assistance:
Deliver advanced technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and Windchill PLM integration, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges efficiently.

Process Improvement:
Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated systems.

Documentation Management:
Compile, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical reports, memoranda, and user manuals, to support the deployment and maintenance of integrated systems.

Collaboration:
Work in partnership with IT, engineering, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Innovation and Best Practices:

Utilize innovative methods based on proven research to support quality software deployments and ensure overall application health and performance.
