Job Summary

As a Trouble Order Dispatcher with TXNM Energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our transmission and distribution systems. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you will be responsible for dispatching operations personnel and providing normal or emergency service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Accept and record all trouble calls from customers pertaining to electric service
Dispatch cut-in, cut-out, and trouble calls by radio and by written orders to line crews for investigation and performance of necessary work to clear up the customer difficulty
Advise district foreman or coordinator of emergencies or unusual trouble requiring the call-out of crews
Notify and provide to supervisor of working crew all information available and pertaining to the source of difficulty and location

Requirements

Perform all duties in a safe manner and conform with safety rules and procedures established by the Company
Perform other related and assigned duties
