Responsibilities

  • Manage the repair and make-ready of heavy earthmoving and pipeline equipment for rental or purchase.
  • Respond to customer service calls to troubleshoot issues with equipment on rent.
  • Dispatch field service technicians as needed.
  • Oversee all service-related personnel for the respective branch.
  • Assign work for shop technicians and manage work orders for field and shop service mechanics.
  • Invoice equipment repairs and parts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • 10+ years of mechanics experience within the construction equipment industry or a related field.
  • Experience with pipeline equipment is preferred.
  • 3+ years of shop or related management experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and PC literacy.
