- Review and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including front office logs and trace files.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services, facilities, and promotions, providing guests with relevant information and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
