We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at our plant in Chatsworth, Illinois.
This is a hands-on role, working on manufacturing equipment and supervising two technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing required maintenance, maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule, and managing parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities- Complete required maintenance tasks, providing direction to the maintenance technicians.
- Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and associated projects.
- Manage parts inventory using Infor EAM, including creating purchase requisitions and receiving parts into inventory.
- Read and interpret work orders to perform required maintenance and service, according to equipment manuals or manufacturer's recommendations.
- Demonstrate commitment to high personal and professional ethical standards.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; AA degree in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on industrial or production maintenance experience.
- Experience in extrusion, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds for less than 1/3 of the day and 50 pounds for 1/3 of the day, use hands and reach with hands/arms, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for up to 2/3 of the workday; and good distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate colors.
