Position Summary
Lexus of Orland is seeking a qualified Parts Counterperson to support our growing business. This role requires an individual with prior experience in parts management who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete parts sales process efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate pricing and information.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Accurately pull and fill orders from inventory, conducting regular stock checks.
  • Ensure all internal parts requests are billed appropriately on service repair orders.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; prior experience in parts is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
