Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Infusion Liaison to provide direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in various settings. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in educating patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, while also providing ongoing care and coordination with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide infusion nursing care in hospital, home, clinic, or alternate living settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on infusion therapy
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License or Washington Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed) or National Registered Nurse Compact License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire and wherever care is delivered
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
