About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Home and Ambulatory Infusion Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various providers, patients, and caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate infusion therapy services in the home, clinic, or alternate living site
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on infusion therapy and related care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License or Washington Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire and wherever care is delivered
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
