Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process in direct patient care, utilizing knowledge of Oncology and other specialty diagnoses, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, and pain management.
- Coordinate the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings, serving as a mentor for journey-level Infusion RNs.
- Assist with orientation, training, and education of clinic personnel and Infusion RNs.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing with 4 years' experience as a registered nurse.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
- OCN (oncology nurse) certification or other national infusion certification.
- 3 years of Infusion nursing experience.
- 2 years of Ambulatory nursing experience.
