Job Summary:
Providence RN is seeking a skilled RN Infusion Liaison to provide direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in various settings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing education to patients discharging from area hospitals, as well as providing infusion nursing care in the home or clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in various settings
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
Requirements:
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire (or Washington Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
