Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests immediately and provide a positive first impression
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage guest room assignments and key cards
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
  • Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
