**Overview:** We are looking for a dedicated hands-on Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent customer service skills. If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you. Please do not apply if you don't have prior experience as a hotel front desk manager. **Duties:**

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk area

- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner

- Recruit, train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts

- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs effectively

- Enforce hotel policies and procedures

- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming

-Be responsible for your team showing up and covering shifts as needed

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management

- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone systems and etiquette

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest services

- Ability to handle multilingual guests smoothly (bilingual or multilingual skills preferred)

- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
