Shift/Time Zone: M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm Rotational Saturdays
Job Summary:The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the face of the company, representing our organization to patients who come in for their health routine or for life-defining health decisions. As a PSR I, you will draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Draw blood samples from patients in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
- Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- Have direct contact with patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
- Explain procedures to patients and maintain required records and documentation.
- Work independently with minimal on-site supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum of 6 months experience.
- One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm Rotational Saturdays
