Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist III to join our team at Dean's Professional Services. As a Phlebotomist III, you will be responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and colleagues.
- Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens with confidence and precision.
- Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures to ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification required.
- Medical training or experience in a related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record required.
- Starting at $20/hour (based on experience).
