- Deepening client relationships by promoting the full range of products.

- Training and developing sales professionals to ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Setting performance objectives collaboratively and providing regular feedback on performance.
- Supporting associates in achieving their personal development goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Possession of Series 7; Series 63 and 65, or Series 66 licenses is essential.
- Series 24 license is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, and motivational skills are necessary.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of successful sales experience in managing teams within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and investment products is required.
- Ability to articulate complex financial solutions clearly to assist clients in making informed investment choices.
