Position: Insurance Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Series 24 license is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and motivational skills are necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of successful sales experience in managing teams within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and investment products is required.
  • Ability to articulate complex financial solutions clearly to assist clients in making informed investment choices.
