Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Penrose Mountain Primary Care. As a Primary Care Physician with our organization, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between providers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Doctorate degree in medicine (MD) or osteopathic medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.
- Board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty.
- Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution.
- Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).
