Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with INDOT Safety Policies and Procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Operate and maintain highway maintenance and traffic equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our highways and right-of-ways.
  • Maintain, repair, and install traffic signs, route markers, and pavement markings to ensure clear and accurate navigation for drivers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting the public with information and explanations regarding highway delays and maintenance activities.
