Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Service team at Whole Foods Market. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Service Associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Service Associates
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities
  • Work closely with the Store Team Leader to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
Requirements
  • 18+ months retail experience, with 6+ months of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a wet and cold environment
