Sales Manager - Southeast Territory

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including construction and product distributors, industrial manufacturers, medical equipment manufacturers, and regional construction managers
  • Represent the company at technical meetings, trade shows, and product knowledge presentations
  • Prepare and finalize sales agreements to secure deals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, construction, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the radiation therapy and industrial markets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with expertise in direct and phone sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CAL-OSHA standards (if the territory encompasses CA)
