Job Title: Regional Sales Account Manager

Legend Brands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving all phases of the MRO sales process for assigned accounts, with a strong focus on end users of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through end user engagement, including contact generation, needs identification, sales calls/presentations, and overall account management.
  • Work with distribution partners in the field to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Handle inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and products in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute business strategies to expand our end user client base and increase market share.
  • Create and implement objectives to delight customers and end users, ensuring a sustained partnership.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on listening to end user and customer needs.
  • Ability to gather and assess information/data to build the best solution for end users and customers.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, with a persuasive yet unobtrusive manner.
  • High-level skills with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.com.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience selling to end users and partnering with regional and national distributors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in Sales, with experience meeting with and presenting to end users directly while working with regional or national distributors.
  • Travel requirement of 30-45%.
  • Prior MRO, Facilities channel experience a plus, but not required.
