Location:State of Kentucky
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager/Office Lead to join our Surface Transportation Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement performance-based safety countermeasures as part of feasibility and planning studies.
- Work on a variety of transportation projects including rural highways, city streets, and multi-modal trails.
- Collaborate with municipalities, county highway departments, and state transportation departments.
- Provide leadership opportunities and work with clients developing project ideas, funding plans, and implementation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer license.
- Experience with roadway/highway geometric design, drainage, transportation planning, and/or traffic engineering.
- Knowledge of principles and practices applied to the planning, location, design, and construction of infrastructure projects.
- Previous project leadership experience desired.
- Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments on a variety of projects.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
