We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Office Lead to support our growth initiatives in Kentucky and provide opportunities for professional development.

Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of engineers, planners, and consultants on transportation projects across various locations.
  • Develop and implement performance-based safety countermeasures as part of feasibility and planning studies.
  • Work with clients to develop project ideas, funding plans, and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple assignments on various projects while providing strong technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with municipalities, county highway departments, and state transportation departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer license.
  • Experience with roadway/highway geometric design, drainage, transportation planning, and/or traffic engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices applied to infrastructure projects.
  • Previous project leadership experience desired.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD, and/or Civil3D software packages.
