### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer PE to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Mechanical Engineer PE, you will be responsible for designing and managing HVAC and plumbing systems for various building types. If you have a passion for engineering and a strong background in HVAC and plumbing design, we encourage you to apply.

### Responsibilities

* Design and generate AutoCAD and/or Revit files and construction documents to support MEP engineering needs
* Manage projects, establish schedules, assign resources, monitor performance, and ensure projects are on time and within budget
* Maintain and organize all mechanical engineering-related documents and schedules
* Review mechanical design submittals and address any field issues, conflicts, or questions
* Generate and present project status updates to internal and external audiences

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Professional Engineer (PE) license required
* Relevant experience in HVAC and plumbing design
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience in project management and client relationship management is beneficial

### Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Do you have Mechanical Engineer degree with a PE license (Professional Engineer)
2. Do you have experience with HVAC and/or plumbing design work on project types that include commercial office, multifamily, K-12 schools, municipal buildings, healthcare, etc.
3. Do you have experience with Revit as the main CAD system required
4. Do you have AutoCAD experience
5. Do you have Project management experience - NICE TO HAVE:
6. Do you have Experienced user of Revit, AutoCAD is less desirable - NICE TO HAVE:
7. Do you have experience with HVAC modeling programs such as TRACE700, CHVAC7.0, and/or AIRMaster is a big plus - NICE TO HAVE:
8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
