Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director for Technology and Products to join our team at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing executive-level technical strategy and implementation, programmatic, and managerial leadership to drive innovation and transformation in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical strategy and implementation guidance to support the development and execution of public health data strategy milestones.
  • Oversee the execution of technical implementation and programmatic efforts, including overseeing the evaluation and tracking of outcomes and measures.
  • Interact with comparable offices in other Agencies, professional groups, and partners on Office and Agency programs.
  • Serve as a primary liaison to coordinate activities with private and external stakeholders and other federal agencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in technical leadership, program management, and public health data strategy. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
