Business Development Specialist

Our company is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive new business growth and expand our market presence within the Workers' Compensation IME space. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and creating compelling sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Workers' Compensation IME space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, attorneys, third-party administrators, and medical professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
