Caregiver Support and Resource Center Supervisor

LifePath Inc. is seeking a skilled Caregiver Support and Resource Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Information and Caregiver Resource Center (ICRC). The successful candidate will provide clinical and administrative oversight to staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to LifePath protocols and EOEA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, supervision, evaluation, and development to assigned staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with direct reports, colleagues, peers, consumers, and community partners.
  • Oversee operational procedures and compliance with LifePath protocols and EOEA regulations.
  • Provide consultation, training, and access to community resource information to LifePath staff and community partners.
  • Assist the ICRC Program Director in overseeing the operations of the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and previous supervisory experience preferred or at least five years of experience working with older adults and people with disabilities with increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Team building skills.
  • Practical application of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Precise record-keeping abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources or how to find them.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to train staff in use of prescribed software.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.

What We Offer:

  • Starting pay range is $48,000 - $55,500 commensurate with experience.
