Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Opioid Treatment Clinic (OTP/MAT) program with the following:
- Providing high quality community-based care.
- Monitoring their overall health and well-being in individuals' daily living activities.
- Assisting with all aspects of medication treatment and administration.
- Providing individuals and their families with clinical support regarding behavioral health and substance use issues.
- Encouraging the independence, competency, decision-making, and empowerment of individuals.
- Helping individuals maintain and enhance their social support network with family and in the community.
- Frequently providing outreach services.
BHN/OTP is a Medication Assisted Treatment Program to assist individuals who are addicted to opiates and are experiencing their dysfunctional effects to gain and maintain the skills needed to achieve an opiate-free lifestyle. The OTP program uses evidence-based medication protocols approved by the Medical Director to ensure patients safely detox from these substances. These protocols are implemented through assessment and re-assessment practices throughout the process.

- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling (required).
- Maintain current licensure and certifications (required).
- Six months of experience in human services (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable car available for working hours (required).
- Commitment to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of DPH regulations.
- Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
