Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators
- Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants
- Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Conduct patient care assessments, using protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and timely care
- Participate in staff development, providing in-services and individual instruction to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
- Current RN license and Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One year of experience as an RN, with prior supervisory experience preferred
- Wound care certification and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
