  • Experience in utilizing Enterprise Scheduling/workflow software, with Autosys as a preferred choice.
  • Proficiency in configuring and using modern monitoring tools is desired (e.g., DynaTrace, Splunk).
  • Direct experience with the Atlassian product suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with service management tools, with a preference for ServiceNow.
  • Ability to modify existing code for minor bug fixes and enhancements, with experience in Java preferred.
  • Experience with Sybase and MS SQL Server, including SQL database querying and reporting.
