Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to engage with families and children in the community
  • Establish and maintain program enrollment, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Support the monitoring of children's attendance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Collaborate with the child enrollment team to achieve program goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bilingual English-Spanish required
  • High school diploma/equivalent
  • One year of interpreting experience
  • One year of experience with calendar management
  • One year of experience with client intake
  • Two years of working experience in web-based data entry and accessing data for reporting purposes
  • Knowledge of available services and resources for families and children in the community related to health, employment, and childcare
  • Technological proficiency; Microsoft Suite
