The Corporate Accounts Receivable department is currently seeking client relations specialists to deliver courteous, professional, and technical phone support to clients.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document, track, update, and resolve case activities using specialized systems
  • Assist clients in processing payments
  • Adhere to established processes, procedures, and standards
  • Provide technical support to mitigate online account issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software challenges
  • Generate status reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
  • Collaborate with various insurance billing departments
  • Provide account information and direct calls efficiently
  • Engage in ongoing training and education
  • Support team objectives through administrative tasks
  • Maintain adherence to assigned work schedule
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in call center customer service (2-4 years preferred)
  • Help desk experience is advantageous
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic understanding of technology and networks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
