About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team at Deep Steep, a leading natural cosmetics company. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon presence, driving sales growth, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central, including inventory management, product listing updates, and fulfillment processes.
  • Optimize product listings through strategic keyword research, engaging content, and enhanced imagery.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage shipment plans with our warehouse team.
  • Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales and increase visibility for Deep Steep products.
  • Manage customer reviews, respond to queries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Plan and execute Amazon promotions, discounts, and Lightning Deals to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure all products adhere to Amazon's guidelines and meet certifications for natural/organic product claims.
  • Analyze performance metrics to make data-driven improvements and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience managing an Amazon account with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, SEO, and PPC strategies.
  • Experience with managing large inventories and multiple SKUs.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
