Job Overview

As an Account Sales Manager at Red Bull Distribution Company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing product placement at assigned accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage products and relationships with customer contacts to drive sales growth
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
  • Perform outside sales functions to meet monthly sales goals
  • Evaluate competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and brand flow
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to share best practices and maintain relationships with customer contacts
Requirements
  • Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Experience in sales, account management, and DSD a plus
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
  • English; additional languages an advantage
